What if the friend only comes once?
She got her welcome discount, and your client a voucher. The second discount only exists if the friend comes back within 4 weeks.
What do the discounts apply to?
By default, to the main treatment of the appointment, never to extras, and only one referral discount per visit.
Can I limit referral vouchers?
Yes: a number of vouchers per month, a validity period, and vouchers valid only on your quiet slots if you choose.
What does it cost me?
Referrals are part of the Free plan. A discount only exists when the friend comes, and you see its cost in your figures.
