bonjour@brity.appThe essentials
Why a waitlist?
brity opens zone by zone, so that every professional joins a network that already has partners near her, and so that we can support her at the start. Sign up, then share your link: every professional who signs up with it moves you up the list.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Network plan (referrals, cashback, on-time price, network points, scan at the till) costs nothing and takes no commission. Discounts are deducted from the price of a service, only when a client comes in. It works alongside Planity, Salonkee or your current agenda: you try it without changing anything. The brity agenda and till (Independent plan) are paid: €36.90 excl. VAT the 1st month, then −€0.50 each month, €24.90 from month 25 on. In a team, the salon adds €14.90 per professional the 1st month, €9.90 from month 21 on. Modules and SMS beyond the quota are billed extra.
Are the discounts imposed?
No. Each lever (referrals, on-time price, cashback, off-peak deals, network points) is switched on separately, and you set the amounts, within your salon's framework if you work in one. The figures on the site are examples.
Do I have to leave Planity or Salonkee?
No. brity reads your current agenda through its calendar link and only offers your free slots. It never writes into your tool: no double entry. When you want to move to the brity agenda, we import your clients, services and hours.
Does brity touch my money?
Never. Your client pays you directly; at the scan, brity only shows the amount due. A deposit goes straight to your account. Between network members, only net point balances are settled in euros, through a licensed payment provider.
Referrals and the network
Who pays for referral discounts?
The practitioner who welcomes the client, in treatments, or her salon if it co-funds. She chooses the active levers and their amounts. One referral discount per visit, and a referred friend must be someone who has never been.
Are points a gift card?
No. A gift card is bought by a client to give to someone. Points are earned by your loyal clients and can be used with network partners; you “pay” for them by welcoming clients who hold some.
I work in several places. How does it work?
One profile and one agenda for all your places, with travel time included. You ask to join a salon with its code. Your clients add you as a favourite and see your slots wherever you work.
Your clients
Do my clients have to install an app?
No. The client app opens in the browser (my.brity.app) and can be added to the home screen. She signs in with her phone number and an SMS code.
Is my client data shared?
No. Your file stays yours. A client can see another network member’s offers because she has her own brity account, without you sharing your file. Data is hosted in Europe.
In which languages?
The site and the apps are in French, Dutch and English.
