Your day-to-day

A day at the salon, without the phone wedged on your shoulder

Long visits, colours to refresh, regulars who know exactly what they want. Three moments you know by heart, and what brity does with them.

The phone ringing mid blow-dry

Round brush in one hand, dryer in the other. Your client books online herself: cut, colour and blow-dry in the same appointment, and the agenda adds up the durations and only shows her the slots where everything fits.

“Same as last time”, but what was it?

Seven weeks on, nobody remembers the shade or the processing time. The formula sits in her file, with her preferences and the team’s notes: you mix your bowl at a glance, and your client never sees those notes.

Saturday’s balayage cancelled on Friday night

Three hours freed up on a Friday evening leave a hole in your Saturday. The waiting list offers the slot to one client at a time, who has 15 minutes to confirm; otherwise the next one is contacted. You make no phone calls.

Free

Your free agenda, no commission

Women’s, men’s or kids’ cuts, colour, balayage, highlights, blow-dry, treatments: each service has its own duration and price, and the agenda only offers slots long enough for the whole visit.

  • Your agenda, your services and your prices
  • Client files and verified reviews from your clients
  • Online booking through your link, your QR or your site
  • Unlimited reminders by notification and e-mail

Want a showcase in the directory, a till or online payment? The Pro plan costs €29 excl. VAT per month, then goes down to €24 (Founder price, for the first places).

Built for your trade

What brity does for a hair salon

Long, combined visits, a team, loyal regulars: the agenda keeps it all in order for you.

Cut and colour in a single visit

Your client adds several services to the same appointment: the agenda adds up the durations and offers her a slot where everything really fits. No more two separate bookings, and no more colour running over into the next client.

Regulars who come back on time

With the on-time price, your client sees a softer price in the agenda for a date within your window, for example €55 → €49. She refreshes her colour before the roots show, and can book up to 4 appointments ahead, every 14 to 42 days.

Her colour formula, always at hand

Shade, developer, processing time, sensitive scalp, favourite cut: it all stays in her file, with internal notes your client never sees. A colleague who takes her over knows exactly what to do.

As a team: one column per stylist

Each stylist has their own hours, services and prices; the client picks hers, or “any stylist”. If someone is off, their appointments move to a free colleague who can do the service. The Salon plan adds roles, a manager and a monthly statement.

Hairdressers’ FAQ

Read the FAQ
How much does hair salon software like brity cost?

The Free plan costs nothing: agenda, services, client files, online booking, reminders and referrals. The Pro plan adds the directory showcase, a till and online payment: €29 excl. VAT per month, then €24 after two years (Founder price). Salon, for a salon with several stylists: €39 excl. VAT per stylist per month, Pro included.

Does brity take a commission on new clients?

No, never: not on new clients, not on regulars, not on clients who came through a referral. Your client pays you directly; brity never touches the money from your cuts or your colours.

I use Planity or another agenda: do I have to re-enter everything?

No. From Planity, paste the link to your public page: services, prices and hours are imported. You can also keep your current agenda: brity reads your busy slots in Google or Outlook and only offers your free hours.

Do my clients get a reminder before their appointment?

Yes: a confirmation when they book and a reminder before every visit, by notification and e-mail, free and unlimited. SMS are optional, at €0.15 excl. VAT each.

Can I take a deposit for a colour or balayage?

Yes, with the Pro plan: a deposit, a saved card or online payment. A no-show fee announced at booking is charged in one click, never automatically. With the Free plan, your client pays at the salon, as today.

How does referral work in a hair salon?

Your client uses her QR code to invite a friend who has never been. The friend gets −15 % on her 1st visit and on her 2nd, within 4 weeks; your client gets a voucher each time. You choose the amounts, which apply to the main service, never to an add-on treatment.

How do I fit a 3-hour balayage into an online agenda?

You give the balayage its real duration, for example 2 h 30 including the cut. Your client only sees slots long enough within your hours, never overlapping another appointment, and with the Pro plan you can ask for a deposit on those long visits.

Can a client book a cut, colour and treatment in one go?

Yes. She adds the services to the same visit, the agenda adds up the durations and only offers slots where everything fits. You see the whole visit as one block in your day, and find her formula in her file.
