Can I import my services from Planity or other software?
Yes. From Planity, paste the link to your public page: services, prices and hours are imported. You can also keep your current agenda: brity reads your busy slots in Google or Outlook and only offers your free dates.
Do my clients get a reminder before their makeup appointment?
Yes: a confirmation when they book and a reminder before every appointment, trial and wedding day alike, by notification and e-mail, free and unlimited. SMS are optional, at €0.15 excl. VAT each.
Can I ask for a deposit for bridal makeup?
Yes, with the Pro plan: a deposit, a saved card or online payment. A late-cancellation or no-show fee announced at booking is charged in one click, never automatically. With the Free plan, your client pays you on site, as today.
How does referral work for a makeup artist?
Your client invites a friend who has never been. The friend gets −15 % on her 1st visit and on her 2nd, within 4 weeks; your client gets a voucher each time. You choose the amounts, which apply to the main service, never to travel fees or extras.
Can I do the bride’s makeup at her home or at the venue?
Yes. You create a place “at my clients’ homes” with your area, for example 20 km around your address, and a fixed travel fee. Your client gives her address when she books, sees the fee before she confirms, and your agenda blocks the travel time before and after.
How do I organise a bridal party of five on the same morning?
Each person books her own appointment, with its own length, one after the other on the same morning: the bride, her mother, the bridesmaids. You see the running order in your agenda, and each one gets a reminder the day before with the exact time of her makeup.
