Yes: a confirmation when they book and a reminder before every ritual, by notification and e-mail, free and unlimited. SMS are optional, at €0.15 excl. VAT each.
Can I ask for a deposit for a 90-minute ritual?
Yes, with the Pro plan: a deposit, a saved card or online payment. A no-show fee announced at booking is charged in one click, never automatically. With the Free plan, your client pays you on site, as today.
How does referral work for a head spa?
Your client invites a friend who has never been. The friend gets −15 % on her 1st ritual and on her 2nd, within 4 weeks; your client gets a voucher each time. You choose the amounts, which apply to the main ritual, never to extras.
How do I offer a duo ritual for two friends?
For two people, you create two bookings at the same time. On the Salon plan each therapist has her own column: both rituals start together, each with its own length and price, and that hour is never booked twice.
I’m adding head spa to my hair salon: one agenda?
Yes. On the Salon plan your salon keeps a single agenda, with one column per team member: each has her own hours and treatments, and your client picks her therapist, or “no preference”. A head spa followed by a blow-dry is booked in the same visit.
