Can I delete a negative review?
You don’t delete it, but you reply in public, under her review. It is only hidden if it is insulting, off-topic or gives out a number or an address.
What if she is not happy?
After every visit, she can write you a message just for you, so you can sort the problem out. That changes nothing about her invitation to rate in public.
Can I bring my reviews over from another platform?
No: brity imports no review. Your Google rating, if brity knows it, stays apart and is named as such.
