Are automations paid?
With Free, you turn on the ready-made templates. Writing your own rules is part of Pro. Only the SMS sent are charged, per message.
Can an automation flood my clients?
No: it respects their consents, never writes to them at night, and weekly and monthly caps limit sends, per automation and per client.
Can I go back?
Yes for a setting: “Undo” restores the previous value, unless it has changed since. A message that went out cannot be taken back.
