Our decision

What we decided for your records

We decided

A record you don’t have to fill in

Her visits, her treatments, her upcoming appointments: it all comes from the calendar. You only add your note for next time.

Why it helps you

Flags that are calculated, never typed

“Often late”, “To follow up”: brity infers them from her appointments, on fixed rules. The same flag for the whole team, and it can be explained.

Your guarantee

Your notes, never in her app

Notes, nickname and flags stay out of her app; they are in the export of her data if she asks for it. Every opening is logged.

How it works

A record that fills itself

  1. Her record is created at her first appointment, or you import your file or your contacts.
  2. At the salon, you scan her QR: her record opens, with her discounts.
  3. After the visit, you add a note for next time.

Getting started

We help you move to brity

Your import

From Planity, paste the link to your public page: services, prices and opening hours are imported. Your clients come from a CSV file or your contacts.

Your current calendar

Keep Google or Outlook connected: your personal appointments block your slots while you move to brity.

Help that answers

A question? Help answers right away, and our team takes over by e-mail if needed.

Which plan

What it costs

  • Included in Free, so in every plan.
  • Never a percentage of your appointments, on every plan.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions

Read the FAQ
Can she read what I write about her?

Not in her app. But if she asks for her data (GDPR), your notes are part of it: write as if she were reading. Every opening is in the log.

Do I start from zero if I change tools?

No: you import a CSV file exported from your software, or your contacts from your phone. Duplicates are spotted by phone or e-mail, and no message goes out at import.

What if a client asks for her data?

You log her request from her record, then export her record or anonymise it. Her tickets and invoices stay, as the law requires.
