Questions about pricing
Does brity take a commission?
No. No commission, neither on new clients who come through the marketplace or referrals, nor on those who come back. You pay your subscription, and that's it.
Is there a commitment?
No. Monthly, you stop whenever you want. Yearly, you pay the next 12 months upfront, with −10 % on their sum. The Network plan stays free, even without a subscription.
Why does the price drop every month?
The longer you stay, the less you pay: €36.90 excl. VAT the 1st month, then −€0.50 for each month of continuous subscription, down to €24.90 from month 25 on, and then forever. The Team option follows the same logic: €14.90 the 1st month, €9.90 from month 21 on.
What if I leave and come back?
You start again at the 1st month's price: only continuous seniority counts. In a team, seniority is counted per professional.
Who pays, the professional or the salon?
The Independent subscription belongs to the professional: she keeps it if she changes salon or works in several places. The salon can pay it for its employees. The Team option is always paid by the salon.
Does brity touch my clients' money?
Never. Your clients pay you directly. Discounts and cashback are deducted from the price of a service at the till: brity calculates, but never holds any money.
Why is marketing free?
Because the network grows when each professional brings in her clients and their friends. Referrals, cashback, points and the public page stay free so that everyone can plug in. You fund the discounts yourself, in services, only when a client comes in.
What if I send more SMS than the quota?
Each professional gets 30 free automatic SMS (reminders, confirmations) per month. Beyond that, it's €0.15 excl. VAT per SMS, as you go. Push notifications and automatic e-mails stay unlimited and free. Marketing SMS cost €0.20 excl. VAT each, within a monthly cap set by the franchise.
And the discounts, who pays for them?
You, in treatments, only when a client comes: discounts and cashback are deducted from the price of a visit. You choose the levers and their amounts. Nothing leaves your pocket beforehand, and a promise that is never used costs nothing.
