Does brity take a commission on my microblading?
No, never: not on new clients, not on touch-ups, not on colour boosts, not on clients who came through a referral. Your client pays you directly; brity never touches the money from your services.
Can I import my sessions from Planity or other software?
Yes. From Planity, paste the link to your public page: services, prices and hours are imported. You can also keep your current agenda: brity reads your busy slots in Google or Outlook and only offers your free hours.
Do my clients get a reminder before their touch-up?
Yes: a confirmation when they book and a reminder before every appointment, session or touch-up, by notification and e-mail, free and unlimited. SMS are optional, at €0.15 excl. VAT each.
Can I ask for a deposit for a microblading session?
Yes, with the Pro plan: a deposit, a saved card or online payment. A no-show or late-cancellation fee announced at booking is charged in one click, never automatically. With the Free plan, your client pays you on site.
How does referral work for permanent make-up?
Your client invites a friend who has never been. The friend gets −15 % on her 1st visit and on her 2nd, within 4 weeks; your client gets a voucher each time. You choose the amounts, which apply to the main service, never to extras.
How do I get the touch-up booked together with the session?
You create the touch-up as a separate service, with its own length and price, even when it is included. Your client books her appointments in one go, up to 4 ahead, 14 to 42 days apart: the touch-up lands four or six weeks later, and each appointment gets its reminder.
What about contraindications before pigmentation?
They remain your call as a professional: brity does no medical check. You ask your questions at the consultation, note what she tells you in her file, which she doesn’t see, and decide before you confirm the session, or refer her to her doctor.
