Your client pushes her fill back “to next week”, then once more. By week 5 the nail has grown out too far and it becomes a full set. With the on-time price, her agenda shows, say, €55 → €49 as long as she comes back within your window: she sees the price of every date before she books.
The broken nail on a Saturday morning
A nail snapped opening a can, and your client texts you in a panic. Create a 15-minute “single nail repair” treatment: she books the nearest short free slot herself, without messaging you, and you don’t have to reshuffle your whole day to squeeze her in.
The 2-hour new set cancelled the night before
A cancelled new set leaves a two-hour gap in your day. The waiting list offers the freed slot to one client at a time, who has 15 minutes to confirm; if she lets it go, the next one is contacted. You send no messages, and your lamp doesn’t sit idle.

Does brity take a commission on my nail sets?
No, never: not on new clients, not on fills, not on clients who came through a referral. Your client pays you directly; brity never touches the money from your treatments and takes nothing from what you earn.
Can I import my treatments from Planity or other software?
Yes. From Planity, paste the link to your public page: treatments, prices and opening hours are imported. You can also keep your current agenda: brity reads your busy slots in Google or Outlook and only offers your free hours to clients.
Do my clients get a reminder before their fill?
Yes: a confirmation when they book and a reminder before every appointment, by notification and e-mail, free and unlimited. SMS are optional, at €0.15 excl. VAT each.
Can I ask for a deposit for a new set?
Yes, with the Pro plan: a deposit, a saved card or online payment, for example on your 2-hour sets. A no-show fee announced at booking is charged in one click, never automatically. With the Free plan, your client pays you on site, as she does today.
How does referral work in a nail salon?
Your client invites a friend who has never been. The friend gets −15 % on her 1st visit and on her 2nd, within 4 weeks; your client gets a voucher each time. You choose the amounts, which apply to the main treatment, never to nail art or other extras.
Fill or new set: what changes in the agenda?
You create two treatments, each with its own length and price, for example 1 h 15 for the fill and 2 h for the new set. Past 4 weeks it becomes a full set: the agenda shows the price of every date, so your client knows what she will pay before she books.
How does the on-time price work for my fills?
You set a window, for example 3 weeks. If your client books her next fill within it, the price is lower, for example €55 → €49, and the price of every date shows in her agenda. You set the amount and the window yourself, and change them whenever you like.
