Can I import my treatments from Planity or other software?
Yes. From Planity, paste the link to your public page: treatments, prices and opening hours are imported. You can also keep your current agenda: brity reads your busy slots in Google or Outlook and only offers your free hours.
Do my clients get a reminder before their treatment?
Yes: confirmation at booking and a reminder before the appointment, by notification and e-mail, free and unlimited. Your instructions, like coming with dry hair and no product, sit in the treatment description. SMS are optional, at €0.15 excl. VAT each.
Can I ask for a deposit for a Brazilian blowout?
Yes, with the Pro plan: deposit, saved card or online payment, requested at booking. A no-show fee announced in advance is charged in one click, never automatically. With the Free plan, your client pays you on site, as she does today.
How does referral work for hair straightening?
Your client invites a friend who has never been. The friend gets −15 % on her 1st appointment and on her 2nd visit within 4 weeks, a keratin treatment for example; your client gets a voucher each time. You choose the amounts, on the main treatment, never on extras.
How do I price by hair length and thickness?
You create one service per case, for example mid-length, long and extra long, each with its own duration and price. Your client picks hers when booking; if she got it wrong, you change the appointment’s service before you start.
Can I see another client during processing time?
