Your day-to-day

A braider’s day, without the phone between your fingers

Whole days on one head, hair to have ready, messages landing while you part sections. Three moments you know by heart, and what brity does with them.

“I’d like braids”: but which ones?

Your services carry the style, size and length: medium knotless to mid-back, long box braids, simple cornrows. Your client picks the right one, the agenda blocks the hours it really takes, and you no longer find out in the morning that you are two hours short.

The hair, the colour, the length

Braiding hair included or brought along, colour 1B or ombré, hip length: you note it in her file before the day, with internal notes she never sees. The reminder before the appointment gives her time to buy her hair if she is the one bringing it.

The six-hour day cancelled the night before

A cancelled set of knotless is your whole day gone. The waiting list offers the freed slot to one client at a time, who has 15 minutes to confirm; otherwise the next one is contacted. You don’t send messages round in circles.

Free

Your free agenda, no commission

Box braids, knotless, cornrows, twists, fulani, takedown and upkeep: each style has its own duration and price, and your client sees straight away the days where it fits in full.

  • Your agenda, your services and your prices
  • Client files and verified reviews from your clients
  • Online booking through your link, your QR or your site
  • Unlimited reminders by notification and e-mail

Want a showcase in the directory, a till or online payment? The Pro plan costs €29 excl. VAT per month, then goes down to €24 (Founder price, for the first places).

  • Long knotless braids€150–220

  • Twists€100–140
    4 h · every 6 weeks

Built for your trade

What brity does for braids

Long styles, full days, clients who come back at the right time: the agenda follows your craft.

Long styles, never overlapping

A five- or six-hour service takes up most of your day: brity only offers the slots where it fits entirely within your hours. No other client gets squeezed into the middle, and you know in the morning what time you will finish.

At your place, in a salon or at hers

You braid in your salon, at home or at your clients’ homes: all your places fit in one agenda. For home visits you set your area and your travel fee; your client gives her address when she books, and the travel time is blocked before and after.

Back before the braids damage the hair

With the on-time price, a client who comes back within your window sees a softer price in the agenda, for example €160 → €145. She books her next style before her braids tire her hair, and your agenda fills weeks ahead.

A style people notice, and refer

Great braids always get asked about. Your client gives her QR code to a friend who has never been: the friend gets −15 % on her 1st and 2nd visits, and your client a voucher each time. You set the amounts.

Braiders’ FAQ

Read the FAQ
How much does booking software for braiders cost?

The Free plan costs nothing: agenda, services, client files, online booking, reminders and referrals. The Pro plan adds the directory showcase, a till and online payment: €29 excl. VAT per month, then €24 after two years (Founder price). Salon, for a salon with several stylists: €39 excl. VAT per stylist per month, Pro included.

Does brity take a commission on my braids?

No, never: not on new clients, not on the styles that follow, not on clients who came through a referral. Your client pays you directly; brity never touches the money from your braids.

Can I import my services from Planity or other software?

Yes. From Planity, paste the link to your public page: services, prices and hours are imported. You can also keep your current agenda: brity reads your busy slots in Google or Outlook and only offers your free hours.

Do my clients get a reminder before their style?

Yes: a confirmation when they book and a reminder before the appointment, by notification and e-mail, free and unlimited. SMS are optional, at €0.15 excl. VAT each.

Can I ask for a deposit for a six-hour style?

Yes, with the Pro plan: a deposit, a saved card or online payment. A no-show fee announced at booking is charged in one click, never automatically. With the Free plan, your client pays you on site, as today.

How does referral work for braids?

Your client invites a friend who has never been. The friend gets −15 % on her 1st visit and on her 2nd, within 4 weeks; your client gets a voucher each time. You choose the amounts, which apply to the main style, never to extras.

How do I fit a six-hour style into the agenda?

You create the service with its real length, for example 6 h for long knotless. brity then only offers the days where everything fits, without overlapping another appointment or running past your hours, and your client sees straight away which days are still free.

And the braiding hair, who provides it?

You decide: hair included in the price or brought by the client. Write it in the service description, which your client reads before booking, and note the chosen colour, length and number of packs in her file.
