Your day-to-day

A day at the shop, without picking up between two fades

Short cuts back to back, regulars in a hurry, a Saturday packed to the door. Three moments you know by heart, and what brity does with them.

The phone buzzing in the middle of a skin fade

You don’t leave a fade half done to answer a call. Your client books online at any hour: cut 30 min, cut and beard 45 min, edge-up 15 min. The agenda lines the slots up and only shows him your free times.

The regular who comes back every three weeks

He wants his Thursday evening slot, always with you. He books up to 4 appointments ahead, every 14 to 42 days, and the on-time price shows him a softer price if he comes back within your window, for example €28 → €25.

Saturday 11 am, cancelled at the last minute

A client drops out and your best hour of the week sits empty. The waiting list offers the slot to one client at a time, who has 15 minutes to confirm; otherwise the next one is contacted. You just keep cutting.

Free

Your free agenda, no commission

Men’s cut, fade, beard trim, traditional shave, edge-up, kids’ cut: each service has its own duration and price, and the agenda only offers slots long enough for the cut and the beard.

  • Your agenda, your services and your prices
  • Client files and verified reviews from your clients
  • Online booking through your link, your QR or your site
  • Unlimited reminders by notification and e-mail

Want a showcase in the directory, a till or online payment? The Pro plan costs €29 excl. VAT per month, then goes down to €24 (Founder price, for the first places).

Built for your trade

What brity does for a barbershop

Short slots, regulars who come back fast, a team of barbers: the agenda keeps pace with your shop.

Short slots, a full day

Each service has its duration, from 15 to 45 minutes. The agenda lines clients up with no gaps, and your barbers keep cutting with no calls or messages to read between two clients. A walk-in? You add him to the agenda in seconds.

Filling the quiet hours of the week

Tuesday afternoon is dead, Saturday overflows. Deals offer your quiet or last-minute slots at a softer price, and when a cancellation comes in, the waiting list offers the slot to one client at a time.

His notes: guard, line, sensitive skin

Guard on the sides, height of the fade, beard shape, skin that reacts to the razor: it all stays in his file, with internal notes your client never sees. A colleague who takes him over gives him exactly the same cut.

His barber, every time

One column per barber, with their own hours, services and prices; the client picks his, or “any barber”, and can follow him as a favourite. If a barber is off, his appointments move to a free colleague. The Salon plan adds roles, a manager and a monthly statement.

Barbers’ FAQ

Read the FAQ
How much does barbershop booking software like brity cost?

The Free plan costs nothing: agenda, services, client files, online booking, reminders and referrals. The Pro plan adds the directory showcase, a till and online payment: €29 excl. VAT per month, then €24 after two years (Founder price). Salon, for a shop with several barbers: €39 excl. VAT per barber per month, Pro included.

Does brity take a commission on my cuts?

No, never: not on new clients, not on regulars, not on clients who came through a referral. Your client pays you directly; brity never touches the money from your cuts or your beard trims.

I use Planity or another agenda: do I have to re-enter everything?

No. From Planity, paste the link to your public page: services, prices and hours are imported. You can also keep your current agenda: brity reads your busy slots in Google or Outlook and only offers your free hours.

Do my clients get a reminder before their appointment?

Yes: a confirmation when they book and a reminder before every cut, by notification and e-mail, free and unlimited. SMS are optional, at €0.15 excl. VAT each.

Can I take a deposit or the client’s card in a barbershop?

Yes, with the Pro plan: a deposit, a saved card or online payment. A no-show fee announced at booking is charged in one click, never automatically. With the Free plan, your client pays in the shop, as today.

How does referral work in a barbershop?

Your client uses his QR code to invite a mate who has never been. The mate gets −15 % on his 1st visit and on his 2nd, within 4 weeks; your client gets a voucher each time. You choose the amounts, which apply to the main service, never to extras.

What do I do with walk-ins in a barbershop?

You add the walk-in to the agenda in seconds, so your online slots stay accurate and nobody books an hour that is already taken. The quiet gaps that remain are offered online by deals at a softer price.

My client always wants the same barber: how does the agenda handle that?

He picks his barber when booking and can follow him as a favourite, even if that barber works in several places. He can also book up to 4 appointments ahead, every 14 to 42 days, so his spot is back before his fade grows out.
