Built for a team

The salon sets the framework, each professional adjusts her own.

Rules are set at every level: chain, salon, professional. The most specific wins, within the limits of the level above, which can also impose its rule.

Referral program

Active levers, amounts, validity period, eligible slots: you set the salon's framework, and each practitioner sets her own inside it. Every change is logged and only applies going forward.

Co-funding

The salon can pay part of its professionals’ cashback, give points or add value to their offers. Its share is deducted from the station statement.

Managers

A manager handles her team’s hours, absences and appointments, and nothing else. The administrator keeps all her rights.

When a professional is absent

Her appointments of the day go to a free, qualified colleague. Preview, confirmation, and the client gets an SMS with her new professional’s first name.

Client file

Internal notes, dated and signed, nickname, archiving. Never visible to the client. No file shared with another salon.

Salon showcase

A public page with your services, your photos and booking, found on Google: brity.app/salon/your-salon.

The levers

Each lever is managed separately.

The salon picks which ones it offers and their limits; each month you see what each one earns and costs.

Referrals

Your clients bring their friends, and both of them gain.

  • What it earnsNew clients who arrive with confidence, recommended by a friend, and who come back more often.

  • What it costsThe discounts you give the new client and her referrer, only when the new client actually comes.

  • You setthe discounts, on which visits, and whether the referrer's vouchers only apply on your quiet slots.

The on-time price

In the calendar, each date shows its real price: coming back on time costs a little less.

  • What it earnsClients who come back more often, so more visits a year, before the treatment becomes longer.

  • What it costsA small discount on visits made on time.

  • You setthe time window, the discount, and a small bonus if she rebooks the same day.

Cashback

When her friends come back, your client earns a little, to spend with you or to give to a new friend.

  • What it earnsClients who become ambassadors, and a recruitment budget they hand out for you.

  • What it costsA share of paid visits, deducted from a future treatment, never paid out in cash. Whatever goes unused costs nothing.

  • You setthe percentages and the validity period.

Off-peak deals

Some discounts only apply on your quiet slots or on openings in the next few hours.

  • What it earnsGaps in your calendar filled, without discounting the slots people want.

  • What it costsA discount on a slot that would otherwise have stayed empty.

  • You setyour quiet periods and the last-minute window.

Network points

You give points to your regulars; they spend them with a partner, and other partners' clients come to you.

  • What it earnsNew clients from neighbouring businesses, and rewarded regulars.

  • What it costsTreatments, not euros: you "pay" by welcoming, in turn, clients who hold points.

  • You setwhen your regulars earn points, what they are worth with you, and your partners.
