The brity network

Give points to your regulars. A partner gains a new client.

Network points are mutual credit between professionals and salons: nobody buys them, everyone “pays” for them by welcoming clients who hold some. For clients, it’s a common currency across the whole network.

  1. 1 point = €1 of service

Your regulars earn points with you, under your rules: 5 on-time visits, birthday, first referred friend who comes in…

  2. Your counter goes down, then up

You give points: your counter goes down. You welcome a client who comes with points: it goes back up.

  3. A capped counter

It can go down to a limit. Beyond that, only the difference is settled in euros, through a licensed payment provider.

An example, without a euro changing hands

Léa does nails. Nora gives massages.

Léa gives 10 points to a regular. She takes Nora’s offer, “Discovery massage: 10 points = €15”, where she had never been. Nora passes half of the points back to Léa, who brought her a new client.

Referral commission: Nora passes 5 points back to Léa−5+5

Léa gave a €10 gift to her regular, for 5 points she’ll earn back by welcoming network clients in turn.

Nora gained a new client for €15 off, offset by 5 net points.

The client discovered a new trade close to home, with €15 off.

Partner offers

You decide what points are worth with you.

An offer, a stock, your rules: new clients only, selected services, off-peak slots, dates. Your salon can add value to it. A partner only appears if she still has offers in stock.

  • Discovery massage10 points = €15
  • Blow-dry8 points = €10
Beauty passport

A seasonal challenge, rewarded in points.

For example: three trades of the network in one quarter. A client with several practitioners she trusts leaves less, and each partner wins clients. The challenge and its reward are yours to set.

For clients

What your clients find in the app.

Referrals

A discount for her and for her friend when the friend comes, according to her practitioner's settings.

Referral cashback

A share of her referred friends' visits, deducted from her next treatment.

Sponsor cashback

A budget to give to a new friend. Never for herself: it is a recruitment budget.

On-time price

The real price of each date in the agenda, lower if she comes back on time.

Her professional, everywhere

She follows her professional as a favourite and sees her slots in all her places.

Each practitioner chooses which levers are active with her and their amounts. Nothing is earned on a free visit or one with a till discount. Points expire and go back to whoever gave them.
